Ben Lasman joined Wine Spectator in 2012 and was promoted to copy editor in 2015.

He grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Yale University with a degree in English. He worked as a local news reporter in Connecticut before moving to New York, and currently covers wine cellars and collecting for Wine Spectator.
