I was reminded of the time….years ago, bananas wrapped in newspaper and were shipped from the tropical farms in large, open top, wooden crates. Unpacking the bananas from these crates was always a challenge, since you had to reach into the crate, grab a bunch of newspaper and unwrap the bananas. More than once, the newspaper bundle would contain a snake, a tarantula or spider that hitched a ride from the South American banana plantation. It was a major shock to find one of these “visitors” staring you in the face.
