He was born and raised in Boca Raton, Fla., and earned a degree in communication from The Ohio State University. His passion for wine started in the restaurant scene of New York, working late nights with experienced sommeliers before moving on to Wine Spectator. He enjoys a glass of Argentinean Malbec to celebrate his family's South American heritage.
